Good makeup/Legion Leadership Award winner

University Scouts Talent Evaluation Div. I / Nov., 2001

2002 Season

Stephen hit .333 during regular season and was "solid" (according to his
coach) at third base.  He will be attending the Sunshine Classic sponsored by Perfect Game in early June.  He will then be attending the White Sox Area Code Games tryout at Stetson University.  He will next be at the Top Guns Showcase in Las Vegas.  He will be at the Stanford All Star Camp in early July.  He will be on the Florida team selected for the Blue-Gray Classic at Wake Forest in August.  If he makes the White Sox Area Code team, he will be at the Area Code Team tournament in August.  He will be training at IMG Baseball Academy from now until he comes home the end of June.  He will be playing AAA Legion ball in Oregon between the above reference events.  He is currently ranked 53rd in Florida and 275th Nationally by Prospects Plus for the Class of 2003.  Of those ranked above him, I am not sure how many are third basemen.  Many are pitchers.
